Licensed Florida Real Estate Company

It is important to know that not all states license and regulate business brokers.  Florida is very strict and requires that any intermediary selling businesses be licensed by the Florida Real Estate Commission and they must work under a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker.  

An individual can sell his or her business without assistance.  A well trained and licensed Business Broker deals with all aspects of the transaction and has access to information and comparable sales of similar businesses.  This information is not readily available.  An informed Business Broker more than justifies the cost of his compensation and is aware of the stumbling blocks that can derail the transaction.  When we work with business owners that are contemplating marketing their company, our first question is "what are your plans after the sale?'  If the response is " I don't know."  Then they are probably not ready to sell and future planning is in order.  We do not accept listings without researching the market and analyzing what the expected fair market price of the business is.  Then the owner can decide if the price justifies selling.  A well informed buyer will be privy to similar information.

Our staff keeps up on changes affecting the industry and devotes considerable time, resources and energy in seminars and continuing education.  We strive for ethics and professionalism.
